Me: This should be pretty self-explanatory. I’m Jacqui and I write this thing. I’m also known as the Wife of Angus. I also do a bunch of other stuff, but you’ll find out all about that when you read this. You’ll also discover I’m neurotic, have OCD and just can’t comprehend Wal-Mart.

Angus: He’s known as my husband. He’s my inspiration for this. He’s the founder of the liver share program (founded in Key West, 2006), and the love of my life.

E** (also known as Girl Child): She’s my 12 year old daughter. She’s a brilliant child. She’s sarcastic, funny, and an amazingly talented artist. She’s also 12 and all that implies. She’s a lot like I was at that age and I’m very afraid.

Frank (aka Darwin): Our two year old Gay, Cross Dressing Great Pyrenees, He’s ’special’ and one of my favorite things to write about!

Desdemona (aka Ditty Dawg the Sexy Hog): She is our 12 year old Sharpei/lab. The only thing that keeps her from being human is her lack of thumbs. In fact, she is most definitely smarter than the rest of us.

K* the Shit: This is Angus’s best friend. He’s also known as my ‘other’ husband, due the fact he practically lives here and I feed him a LOT.

Amy: My best friend since first grade. She knows ALL my secrets and I know all hers. We blackmail each other a LOT, lol. She’s brilliant and has a whole bunch of initials after her name, but I have no idea what they actually stand for. Oh, and if you ever meet her and she offers to cook for you? Just say NOOOO!!!!

Tonya: My other best friend. She’s an actual former debutante and knows all things Emily Post! She Angus’s Sister from another mother, and my partner in devious crime.

Jude: Tonya’s husband, and my Brother from another mother. He is also the co-founder of the liver share program. He’s a professional chef and make the best Beef Wellington I’ve ever had.

Doug E. Fresh: Doug E. is just one of the best people around. He’s always there for us, and we love him like family. In fact, if I had a real life brother growing up, I would have wanted him to be just like Doug E.. Anyway, he brings us moonshine and bacon, lol

There are a few more people that we are very close too and that I write about from time to time, but these are the main players in our lives and the most influential.
